Some of the ambitious brands that have been through the Food & Beverage Accelerator

Here’s what others had to say.

Our proven framework has helped many founders just like you to create their scale-up plan with focus, confidence and expert support to thrive and grow into the future.

The accelerator provides weekly sessions with Rebecca & industry experts that include a combination of training, personalised coaching, access to expert networks and a community of supportive, like-minded people. This unique combination ensures you’ll receive a hands-on, personalised approach to develop the best growth plan for your business.

If you’re revenue-generating and looking for that next phase of growth, this programme will give you the structured, personalised plan you need to grow and scale your business.

Underpinned by the Rise Growth Lab Blueprint, the programme includes 4 phases.

Phase 1: Direction & systems

As the leader of a business, the single most important thing you can do is set the direction for the travel - in the same way you enter the destination to Google maps rather than travelling along with no end in mind!

Whilst many food & beverage entrepreneurs I’ve worked with may have a rough idea of a vision and / or mission and maybe some goals, most commonly what my clients have been lacking is a view of the commercial goals. Without profitable revenue coming in, your business will cease to exist. And it doesn’t end with goals. You’ll also identify the systems you’ll need to get you there so you can make those 1% daily improvements!

Therefore in this phase we combine a clear articulation of commercial goals supported by your values and systems required to create a more compelling and tangible revenue target to chase as you expand reach!

So you can:

have absolute clarity on what commercial success looks like in 12 months time so you can in-turn build a growth plan to deliver it.

Phase 2: Market and business analysis

Here we ensure that you are building a business that responds to the market dynamics and consumer needs & pain points. You’ll undertake market analysis to dig deep and uncover knowledge and insights around the areas of consumer, competitor, category and channel. Combine this external analysis with an internal health check on your business to understand capability, performance, resources & systems. You can then move into phase 3 knowing you have a business that is set up to deliver on the direction you’ve set in phase 1.

The final step in this phase is to develop a SWOT to bring it all together and assess what your business does well, where you need to improve, help identify ways to exploit opportunities, and identify and prepare for potential threats.

So you can:

identify the priority growth levers (ways to grow) for your business that will enable you to reach the destination you’ve outlined in phase 1.

Phase 3 - Develop your growth roadmap

Phase 3 is the strategy development phase (which is really all about deciding what to do and what not to do, so you can focus your efforts and limited resources).

During this phase you’ll use the Ansoff Matrix to prioritise the various ways you could grow considering different combinations of market and product development. You’ll also develop your marketing strategy which will provide clear answers to the following three questions: a) Who is your target consumer? b) What do you want your brand to stand for in their hearts and minds? c) How will you achieve this.

So you can:

Prioritise the ‘heavy hitters’ - the growth opportunities that will make the biggest long-term impact and enable you to hit your growth targets quicker. You’ll also be able to make quicker, confident decisions on what marketing activity you can say ‘yes’ and ‘no’ to, AND develop a stronger, more loyal relationship with your consumers (and community!)

Phase 4 - Execute with impact & momentum

By Phase 4 you have the appropriate guardrails for making decisions on what and when to invest your precious resources on (in other words, deciding how you’ll make your plan happen and create that deep connection with your consumers that will have more and more of them lining up to buy your product, more often). Based on the growth plan you’ve developed, you’ll start to action and execute the components you need to scale by looking specifically at

  • your channel strategy,

  • product scale up needs,

  • your communications plan,

  • your people requirements,

  • capital needs

  • export support

  • and more!

So you can:

remain on-track and accountable for achieving the growth plan you’ve developed to reach your goals for the next 12 months and beyond.
